That's why we offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase.

Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hey@calitiger.com with your order number, reason for the return, and whether you'd like a refund or store credit.
  2. Post the item back to us within 60 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), and keep the proof of return shipment.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in the original condition, we'll process the refund via your original payment method, including the return shipping costs.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. (Please note that the 10% newsletter sign-up code is not included.)

If you paid with PayPal, they may cover your return postage fees. Please see their website for more details.

Exchanges

If the sizing is not quite right, we are happy to exchange the item or provide store credit if the desired size is sold out.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Post the item back to us within 60 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), and keep the proof of return shipment.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in the original condition, we'll process the exchange via your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

While we strive to maintain strict quality control, occasionally a faulty item may slip through. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately (quoting your order number), and we'll rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Please apply for a replacement or store credit within 60 days of your order, and we'll cover the costs, including return postage.
