T's & C's

Once payment is processed of $10 your $10 is returned back to you in store credit instantly. You have access to the 25% and all other "The Sun Lovers Club" benefits. And also exclusive access to the "Golden Collection".

Future payments are processed on the 1st of each month and $10 credit is sent every month. There is no minimum time period to commit and store credit accumulated has no expiry.

If you leave the "The Sun Lovers Club" you can do so via email at hey@calitiger.com. Your store credit will remain but access to the benefits will go. If you have any questions please as always email us at hey@calitiger.com or initiate a chat and we will get back to you soon as possible.

Cali Tiger items are 18K Gold Plated.

To maintain the beauty of your items please remove items before exercising, swimming and showering. It is recommended that your Cali Tiger items should avoid contact with harsh chemicals perfumes, lotions or hair products, as these may damage the layer of metal plating and cause discolouration. 

Each persons oils make metal react differently, if discolouration occurs it may be due to skin-metal oil reaction. In this case, it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your item. Cali Tiger is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery.

We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. 

That’s why we offer 14 day hassle free returns.

Please just follow these steps:

  1. Let us know - just email us at hey@calitiger.com quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
  1. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
  1. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. *This does not include your 10% newsletter sign up code.

If you paid with PayPal, they may cover your return postage fees. See more here.

EXCHANGES

If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).

  1. Let us know - just email us at hey@calitiger.com quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
  1. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
  1. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the exchange ASAP (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

Wow! We hardly ever miss a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control. If we did, contact us straight away (quoting your order number) and we’ll fix it up for you ASAP! 

Just apply within 14 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit.

Don’t worry, we’ll cover the costs (including return postage).
